We serve all over Southeastern Wisconsin. We are based in Walworth County, and also serve the Madison area, Milwaukee area, and everywhere in between.

What types of remodeling projects do you specialize in?

reDesigned Home + Build specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We work on everything from whole-home renovations to smaller design updates involving carpentry expertise - such as laundry rooms, built-ins, screened-in porches, etc.

Do you offer free consultations or estimates?

We offer a complementary preliminary phone consultation, as well as an initial in-home consultation. This allows each of us to decide if the project is feasible for the home, budget, and timeline. After that, a design retainer will be collected, which will kick start the design phase.

How long does a typical remodel take?

Generally speaking:

• Kitchen remodel: 6-12 weeks

• Bathroom remodel: 4-8 weeks

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?

Typical ranges, depending on materials and scope:

• Kitchens: Start at $65k

• Bathrooms: Start at $25k

Can you help with the design process?

Yes! As a design-build company, we specialize in strong communication between the designer and the installers - ensuring a project that runs smoothly, and accomplishes your goals on time, and on budget. The design process is integral to our business model.

What if I already have a design or plans?

We are happy to work with existing plans, or refine them together with our team. We especially love doing this with architectural plans for new builds.

How do you help with material selections?

Our design team will make initial selections, based on your desires and your budget allowances. From there, they will help you make informed decisions to finalize everything - cabinets, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, flooring, paint colors, hardware, flooring, etc. We also have a wonderful network of preferred showrooms and vendors that provide valuable expertise and high quality materials.

Who handles the permits and inspections?

All required permits and inspections will be coordinated by the reDesigned Home + Build team.

How do you keep the work area clean and minimize disruption?

Our on-site crew uses HEPA air filters during demolition, drywalling, and other high-dust portions of the project. Plastic partitions will be set up to section-off the project area as much as possible before work begins. We also minimize disruption with daily cleanup, and clear communication.

Who will be in my home during the project?

John, our Owner and Superintendent, will be onsite most days. We also have a list a trusted subcontractors, who are licensed, insured, and have worked with us for years. We only use the best!

How do you handle unexpected issues or changes?

Despite our extensive work during the design and estimating phase, this is remodeling, and something almost always pops up. This is where our design-build model really shines! We will always address issues or concerns immediately, and provide solutions as quickly as possible. Since everything is handled in-house, we can make sure that function, feasibility, and design are coordinated. If a change order is necessary, it will be discussed immediately, and you will be informed of any change in cost or timeline.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

We offer a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If an issue arises, please contact us ASAP and we will do whatever we can to make it right.

How do I maintain my new kitchen or bathroom?

You will be provided with a warranty packet upon completion of your project, with complete care instructions. Generally, cleaning with mild soap and water, and maintaining the humidity levels in your home will help the longevity of your project.
