We offer full-service design–build remodeling for homeowners who value creativity, quality, and collaboration. From the moment we meet, our goal is to make your remodeling experience smooth and enjoyable — with a clear process, consistent communication, and a shared passion for beautiful design.

Because our design and construction teams work under one roof, every detail stays aligned from start to finish. Our in-house carpenters bring craftsmanship and care to every project, while our design team ensures your space feels personal, functional, and timeless.

Full-Service General Contracting

Price Per Project

·         1-2 initial design concepts to review

·         3D renderings

·         Up to 5 rounds of revisions

·         1 final design, including dimensioned construction documents

·         All selections for products ordered through reDesigned; further selections services offered at hourly rate ($125/hour)

·         Mood board with all included selections

Our Process

  • Considering a new home or a remodel? I offer complementary introductory phone calls – where you can ask your questions, discuss your desires for your space, and see if we are a good fit for each other.

  • Next, we will meet on-site (for remodels), or in my showroom (for new construction), to review your space and what you’d like to accomplish. If it’s a remodel, I will take a full field measure at this appointment. At this time, I will collect a non-refundable design retainer to get the process started. All drawings and images will remain the property of reDesigned until a final contract is signed.

  • We will then create full 3D drawings and renderings of your new space! We will meet in my showroom to review designs and take an initial look at material selections. We’ll also take a look at a mood board. We’ll repeat this process with revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final design.

  • Working with my expert vendors, we’ll finalize all of your selections – from cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, countertops and more. Item description

  • We will work alongside your contractor and all of your vendors to help ensure a smooth installation. From placing orders, to handling bumps along the road, I’ll be there to keep things moving towards your ultimate vision.
